By installing or using Alerts for Sheets ("the add-on") you agree to these terms.

Use

You may use the add-on for personal, educational or commercial purposes. You are responsible for the rules you create and the addresses you send alerts to, and must only send alerts to people who expect them. Do not use the add-on to send unsolicited email.

Delivery

Alerts are sent through your Google account and are subject to Google's sending limits and to delays in Google's services. Alerts are a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive; do not rely on them for safety-critical or time-critical decisions.

No warranty

The add-on is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the add-on or from alerts that are delayed or not sent.

Free plan and Pro

The add-on has a free plan and an optional paid Pro subscription, sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment and sales tax. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under Lemon Squeezy's and our refund terms shown at checkout. A license key is for the buyer's own use.
