By installing or using Optimize for Sheets ("the add-on") you agree to these terms.

Use

You may use the add-on to build and solve optimization models in Google Sheets for personal, educational or commercial purposes. You are responsible for the spreadsheets you use it on and for decisions you make based on its results.

No warranty

The add-on is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Optimization results depend on how a model is built; check important results before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the add-on.

Free plan and Pro

The add-on has a free plan and an optional paid Pro subscription, sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment and sales tax. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under Lemon Squeezy's and our refund terms shown at checkout. A license key is for the buyer's own use.

Open-source components

The add-on uses HiGHS, which is distributed under the MIT License.
